Personalization Overview

From the Personalize page you can:

• Choose whether or not you wish to display animated graphics

• Update your language display preferences

• Automatically get added to contact lists

• Update your language display preferences

• Update your online profile

• Update your contact details

• Review online profiles of your colleagues

To access the Personalize Page

To access the Personalize page, click Personalize in the navigation bar.

The Personalize Page appears. (See below)

Click on the following for procedures on:

• Viewing your online profile (biography)

• Choosing whether or not to participate in mailing lists

• Setting preference targets

• Updating your:

• password

• contact details

• display preferences (i.e. whether you want to view or not view animated graphics)

• language preferences

• news retrieval preferences

• start up screen

• skin (i.e. the look of your EKP interface)

Note: Due to changes in the application software, resulting from:

• Customization

• Changes to your preferences

• Changes to the report set up

• Access rights granted to you by your Systems Administrator or

• Upgrade work
