Biography

EKP allows you to record basic background details that may be useful to other participants and managements as you collaborate on various learning projects.  Information entered here (and it is optional) may be marked private so that the general user population cannot access these background details.  

To check your current information and to record other details or upload a picture:

1. Click on Biography in the Personalize screen.

The Biography screen appears.

Click on the following to:

• Update your contact details

• Update your biography

• View the online profiles of other participants.

Note: Due to changes in the application software, resulting from:

• Customization

• Changes to your preferences

• Changes to the report set up

• Access rights granted to you by your Systems Administrator or

• Upgrade work
