Accessing the Chat Room from Communicate

To access the Chat Room,

1. Click on Communicate in the navigation bar. The Communicate screen appears.

2. Click on Chat.

The Simple Chat screen opens in a separate window.

3. Select the Chat Room you wish to participate in. Click the q box symbol next to the Chat Room field.

4. Click on the desired chat room from the drop down list that appears.

5. Click the Go button.  The Chat Room screen appears.
