Accessing the Knowledge Center

You can access the Knowledge Center for a specific learning program or module from:

• Learn

• The Search Catalog screen (after you have enrolled in a learning module or program.)

• The Home page

• Your personal calendar

• Current Learning Modules

You can also access the Knowledge Center for a learning module from the Knowledge Center of a learning program

Note: Due to changes in the application software, resulting from:

• Customization

• Changes to your preferences

• Changes to the report set up

• Access rights granted to you by your Systems Administrator or

• Upgrade work
