How do I access my personal calendar?

 

To view a schedule of your currently enrolled courses,  

 

1. Click on Personal Calendar in the Learn screen (click here for procedures on accessing Learn)

 

or

 

 

1A. Click on the Personal Calendar hyperlink in the Knowledge Tools box of the Home Page (click here for procedures on accessing the Home page)

 

    The Personal Calendar screen appears.   

 

 

 

To view another month's schedule,

2. Click on the q box symbol next to the month field.

3. Click on your desired selection from the drop down list that appears.

4. Click on the q box symbol next to the year field.

5. Click on your desired selection from the drop down list that appears.

6. Click the Go button.

7. To return to the current month, click the Today button.

8. Click on Learn in the navigation bar to return to the Learn screen.

 

 

 

 Accessing the Knowledge Center from a learning module

 

You can also access the Knowledge Center for a learning module from the Knowledge Center of a learning module  or program by clicking on the Knowledge Center icon for the desired learning program or module.

 

 

The Knowledge Center for the selected learning program/module will start in a separate window. Click here for more details regarding the Knowledge Center.
