Communicate

Communicate is one of the high-level menus that collects a number of tools used for communications and interaction with other users into one menu.  From the Communicate screen, you can:

• Participate in a discussion forum

• Access a chat room

• Access the Message Board

• Send or review mail messages.   

To access Communicate:

1. Click on Communicate in the navigation bar. The Communicate screen appears.

Note: Due to changes in the application software, resulting from:

• Customization

• Changes to your preferences

• Changes to the report set up

• Access rights granted to you by your Systems Administrator or

• Upgrade work
