How do I perform a course evaluation?

To evaluate a course (i.e. a learning program, learning module, etc.),

1. Access the Knowledge Center for this course Show me

2.  Locate the Evaluate this Module box Show me

3. Click on the Here hyperlink  Show me

The Program Evaluation screen appears.

4. Click on the Start button Show me

5. Answer each question then click Submit

Note: The above applies only if an online evaluation has been assigned to this learning object.

Note: Due to changes in the application software, resulting from:

• Customization

• Changes to your preferences

• Changes to the report set up

• Access rights granted to you by your Systems Administrator or

• Upgrade work
