Search Using a Quick List directory

In EKP you can search for a learning module or program using a Quick List, a directory listing of learning objects, modules and programs grouped by Learning Type or Catalog.

To perform a search using a Quick List

1. Click on Quick List in the top right of the Search Catalog screen. Note: Most users opening the Search Catalog will see a Quick List as their default screen.

2. Click on the desired catalog or learning type.

A directory listing of learning programs, objects or modules belonging to your selected classification appears in the results area.

• To retrieve more information about a particular learning object/program/module, click here.

Note: Due to changes in the application software, resulting from:

• Customization

• Changes to your preferences

• Changes to the report set up

• Access rights granted to you by your Systems Administrator or

• Upgrade work
