Evaluate a course

If an online evaluation has been assigned to this module, you should see the following in the Evaluate this Module box:

1. Click on the here hyperlink in the Evaluate this Module box in the Knowledge Center window. The Program Evaluation screen opens.

2. Click the Start button to initiate the online evaluation.

Note: Due to changes in the application software, resulting from:

• Customization

• Changes to your preferences

• Changes to the report set up

• Access rights granted to you by your Systems Administrator or

• Upgrade work
