Retrieve a Catalog Description

You can retrieve a description of a learning program or module from the Knowledge Center window.

Name Description

Note that the name of this box (in the upper left) will vary according to learning type.

For example this box will be labeled 'Online Learning' for online learning.

However, for virtual classrooms, the box will be labeled 'Virtual Classroom'

Retrieve Course Descriptions

To retrieve course descriptions,

1. Click on the Catalog Description icon.

2. The details appear in a separate Search Catalog window.

Once you have located a learning object/module/program (from the Search Catalog) you can:

• Review peer comments

• Access reference resources

• Access related discussion groups or chat rooms

• View a schedule of associated modules (for a learning program)

• Enroll in the learning module or program

• Launch the learning program or module.

Note: Due to changes in the application software, resulting from:

• Customization

• Changes to your preferences

• Changes to the report set up

• Access rights granted to you by your Systems Administrator or

• Upgrade work
