Enrollment requires approval
Should a learning module or program require approval before your enrollment is accepted, you will see the Registration Approval screen.
1. Enter your justification where indicated (in the box).
2. Click the Confirm Enrollment button.
EKP returns an acknowledgement. You may continue to search the catalog or close the Search Catalog window and access other functions of EKP.
3. After your enrollment for a learning program or module has been approved, you should receive an e-mail acknowledgement
Your appraiser will receive an e-mail similar to the one illustrated below
Dear Appraiser,
Your direct report New Student (SOPHIE 1) has been successfully enrolled in TRAINING COURSE X.
Thank you for your attention!
P.S. This is a system generated message and you can choose not to receive these notices. Go to EKP and then choose the 'Personalize' menu option to set your preference.
Note that the messages will vary according to your system set up and that some learning objects may require two levels of approval
