Print transcript records for multiple learning objects
To print transcript records for a participant covering multiple learning objects,
1. Click the Print Records/Transcript Report button in the Records / Transcript screen. The Print Transcript screen appears.
2. Click the Select learning modules/programs button. The Select Transcripts to Print screen appears in a separate window.
3. Choose the transcript or transcripts you want to include. Click on the desired learning programs or modules in the left Available Choices column.
4. Click the button.
(To select all the courses, click the button)
Your choices will migrate to the right Selections column.
TO REMOVE A SELECTION from the Selections column,
Click on the learning program(s) or module(s) you wish to remove
Click
the button
(To
remove all entries from the Selections column, click the button)
The learning programs/modules you wish to remove will migrate to the left Available Choices column.
5. Click the OK Button. Your choices are copied to the Print Transcript screen.
6. Click the Print Preview button. The Records / Transcript Report screen appears in a separate window.
7. Click the Print button in the upper left corner. A separate Windows Print dialog box appears.
8. Select the desired printer, quantities, etc. Then click the OK or the Print button (depending on the operating system your computer is currently running).
9. Close the Records / Transcript Report screen.
10. Click on the Back to Records/Transcript Report button to return to the Record / Transcripts screen.
